Where are your products made?

Our pieces are designed in Los Angeles and produced on demand by our print and embroidery partners. Making items to order means less waste and no overstock.

How long does shipping take?

Because each piece is made for you, allow 2 to 5 business days for production, then 3 to 7 business days for delivery within the US. You'll get tracking as soon as your order ships.

What if my order arrives damaged or misprinted?

We'll make it right. Email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and your order number, and we'll send a replacement.

How do I find my size?

Each product page includes a size chart. Our hoodies and crewnecks run true to size with a relaxed fit. If you're between sizes and want a cozier fit, size up.

How should I care for my gear?

Machine wash cold, inside out, and hang dry to keep embroidery and prints looking fresh.
